Public Service

As boaters you won't find anyone more dedicated to the preservation of our natural recourses as you do here at the Charles River Yacht Club. We all want to see the Charles River clean and swimmer safe for the enjoyment of all.

Waste Disposal

The Charles River Yacht Club offers pump outs free of charge.

We operate a state funded pump out boat. We service the entire Charles River basin area and work with local and public authorities to assist keeping the Charles River clean.

When visiting the Charles River for 4th of July events, concerts at the hatch shell, Sunday picnics, etc. call us and we'll come to you. We will pump out your boat and transport waste back to our club. Or visit our docks for fast easy service. We have advanced plumbing and pumping technology along with city hook ups to dispose of waste through the city waste treatment plant. Over the last few years the Charles River Yacht Club has spent over $100,000 on waste water removal systems. We are proud of our waterways, please don't pollute!
